摘　　要：简单介绍钛合金止回阀扭簧的结构特点和工作原理,重点叙述其钛合金扭簧的设计计算、试验验证过程,实际安装测试效果良好,为钛合金扭簧研发及推广应用提供参考。This paper introduces the structural characteristics and working principle of the titanium alloy check valve torsion spring,and describes the design and calculation of the titanium alloy torsion spring.The experiment shows that the calculation design and the actual test data are in good agreement,and Provides reference for the development and promotion of titanium alloy torsion springs.
