摘　　要：就业是最大的民生,所以大学毕业生群体的就业问题一直是社会重点关注的焦点。近年来,我国经济增长放缓,行业产业发展不均衡,大学生就业难、就业慢现象日渐突出,且存在结构性失衡的问题。缓解大学毕业生就业压力,需要高校、政府及整个社会协调配合解决。通过梳理我国现行的大学生就业制度、政策,分析国内大学毕业生就业问题,理清大学毕业生就业难的原因,并从经济发展战略、政府、社会、高校、大学生等多个维度和视角出发,探讨了大学生就业问题的对策,从而为缓解国内大学生就业问题提供有价值的借鉴。Employment is the biggest livelihood,so the employment of college graduates has always been the focus of social attention.In recent years,China’s economic growth has slowed down,the industrial development is uneven,the phenomenon of difficult and slow employment of college students has become increasingly prominent,and there is a problem of structural imbalance.Alleviating the employment pressure of college graduates requires the coordination and cooperation of colleges and universities,the government and the whole society.By combing the current employment system and policies of college students in China,this paper analyzes the employment problems of domestic college graduates,clarifies the reasons for the difficult employment of college graduates,and probes into the countermeasures for the employment problems of college students from the dimensions and perspectives of economic development strategy,government,society,universities and college students,so as to provide valuable reference for alleviating the employment problem of domestic college students.
