大学生志愿动机、感恩品质与志愿行为的关系探析

摘　　要：以某外语类高校的200名新冠肺炎疫情防控志愿者为调查对象,考察其志愿动机、感恩品质和志愿行为之间的关系。结果显示:(1)志愿动机总分及四个维度得分、感恩品质总分及四个维度得分、志愿行为总分之间存在显著正相关;(2)志愿动机在性别、生源地、专业、政治面貌方面有显著性差异。基于疫情防控志愿服务大学生志愿者呈现出的特点,提出高校应当注重大学生志愿者的心理需求、积极培育大学生的感恩特质、不断拓展大学生的实践路径等建议。Taking 200 COVID-19 prevention and control volunteers from a foreign language college as the research subject,this study investigated the relationship among their voluntary motivation,gratitude quality and voluntary behavior.The results showed that:(1) There were significantly positive correlation among the total scale of voluntary motivation,six dimensions of voluntary motivation,the total scale of gratitude quality,four dimensions of gratitude quality and the total scale of voluntary behavior;(2) The were significantly different of voluntary motivation in gender,origin of students,major and politics status.Based on the characteristics of college students providing voluntary services for epidemic prevention and control,colleges and universities should pay attention to the psychological needs of college student volunteers,actively cultivate their gratitude,and continue to expand the channels for college students to conduct social practice.
