摘 要:NO;是电厂的主要污染物之一,对环境污染极大。垃圾焚烧炉的烟气排放中就含有大量的NO;。为满足我国对于NO;排放标准日益加大的管控力度,如何有效降低NO;的排放,从而进一步降低物料(氨水或尿素等)的消耗,提高经济性的问题急需解决。文章从燃烧控制出发,研究在烟气处理过程正常的情况下,如何进行燃烧调整才能使在NO;排放合格的同时,尽量降低物料消耗。此处借鉴火电厂的低氧燃烧法,将其原理应用于垃圾焚烧炉排型锅炉,并充分验证其可行性与经济性。研究结果表明,保证主燃烧区的还原性气氛,可以有效地从源头降低NO;的生成,从而降低物料的使用,提高经济性。NO;is one of the main pollutants in power plant, which pollutes the environment greatly. There is a large amount of NO;in the flue gas emission of municipal solid waste incinerator. In order to meet the increasing control of NO;emission standards in China, how to effectively reduce NO;emissions, so as to further reduce the consumption of materials(ammonia or urea, etc.) and improve economy, this problem needs to be solved urgently. Starting from the combustion control, this paper studies how to adjust the combustion in order to make the NO;emission qualified and reduce the material consumption as much as possible under the condition that the flue gas treatment process is normal. Here, the low oxygen combustion method of thermal power plant is used for reference, and its principle is applied to the row boiler of municipal solid waste incinerator, and its feasibility and economy are fully verified. The results show that ensuring the reducing atmosphere in the main combustion zone can effectively reduce the formation of NO;from the source, thus reducing the use of materials and improving economy.
