摘 要:为了对苏州河岸工业遗产以及江南水乡文化的保护与发展提供科学参考,采用GIS技术重点分析了近60年苏州河两岸300 m缓冲区内的土地利用类型演变情况,并对典型河段23处工业遗产进行了细致史料调查和实地调研。结果表明:①快速城市化导致苏州河河岸带土地利用方式发生剧烈变化,变化面积占河岸带的72.29%,工业用地先增后减,1989年达到最大比例(27.87%);②不同河段的河岸带发展表现为工业化—逆工业化混合过程,其中近市区界河段由工业化演变转变为逆工业化演变,中间河段表现为单一逆工业化演变,约50%的工业用地转出为居住用地;③苏州河岸工业遗产保护模式主要包括创意产业园、工业博物馆和公共休憩空间3种,其中创意产业园占56.52%,工业博物馆占26.09%,公共休憩空间占17.39%。Suzhou Creek has experienced a deindustrialization process under the action of urbanization and market economy as the cradle of modern industrial civilization in China. Based on historical materials research and practical investigation, we used GIS to analyze land use type evolution and industrial heritage protection examples. The results show that rapid urbanization resulted in tremendous land use type change, with a proportion of 72.29% of the total area. The industrial land increased firstly and then decreased, which rose to maximum proportion(27.87%) in 1989. The riparian development shows a mixed process that the segment close to city center transformed from industrialization to deindustrialization, and the middle segment was in a deindustrialization process. Creativity industrial park, industrial museum and urban public space were the main protection mode, which accounts for 56.52%, 26.09% and 17.39% respectively.
