摘 要:燃油供给系统是节能赛车中非常重要的一部分,燃油供给系统是否能够正常工作直接影响到车辆的运行状态。文中以壳牌汽车环保马拉松挑战赛规则为基准,以WH125FMI发动机为基础,根据比赛的实际情况对燃油供给系统进行改进优化;通过UG软件对燃油供给系统进行重新建模,确定合适的布置方案;运用ANSYS软件对压缩气体容器进行仿真分析,完成燃油供给系统的研发;通过实车测试,并与传统燃油供给系统进行对比。结果表明:更换气动燃油供给系统相较于传统燃油供给系统,从之前的635.18 km/L提升至759.47 km/L,该系统具有更好的燃油经济性及安全性。Fuel supply system is a very important part of energy-saving racing car,whether the fuel supply system can work properly directly affects the running state of the vehicle.Based on the rules of Shell automobile environmental protection marathon challenge and WH125 FMI engine,the fuel supply system were improved and optimized according to the actual situation of the race.UG software was uesd to re-model for the fuel supply system and the appropriate layout was determined.ANSYS software was used to simulate the compressed gas container and complete the research and development of fuel supply system.Compared with the traditional fuel supply system and the real vehicle test was carried out.The test results show that compared with the traditional fuel supply system,the replacement pneumatic fuel supply system is increased from 635.18 km/L to 759.47 km/L,which has better fuel economy and safety.
