摘　　要：车灯中主要的造型载体为车灯内部的各种造型饰板,蜂窝状样式就为其中一种较为常见的装饰样式。文中介绍了一种汽车前大灯蜂窝状饰板的优化设计方法,通过对六边形网格的合理排布以及匹配形状边界的变形处理,并运用在实际车灯项目中。结果表明:该方法可以有效解决饰板零件制造中网格边界外观排列不连续的外观质量缺陷问题,提高车灯零件的外观设计质量。The main modeling carrier of the lamp design is various accessory bezels inside the lamp,and honeycomb style is one of the most common decorative styles.A kind of optimization design method for honeycomb decorative bezel of automobile headlamp was introduced,which was applied to the actual lamp project through the reasonable arrangement of hexagonal grid and the deformation treatment of matching shape boundary.The results show that this method can effectively solve the appearance quality defects of discontinuous grid boundary arrangement in parts manufacturing,and improve the appearance quality of automobile headlamp parts.
