摘  要:目的基于细胞凋亡芯片明确白花败酱草乙酸乙酯部位抗结肠癌的药效成分,探讨其抗结肠癌的物质基础。方法采用HPLC法建立10种不同产地白花败酱草乙酸乙酯部位的指纹图谱,基于细胞凋亡芯片评价其药效指标,并与指纹图谱的相关信息通过灰色关联度及偏最小二乘回归分析法进行谱效关系分析,采用UPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术对其药效成分进行快速分析与鉴定。结果白花败酱草乙酸乙酯部位抗结肠癌活性由高到低依次为槲皮素、木犀草素、芦丁、槲皮苷、绿原酸、水杨酸、原儿茶酸、野黄芩苷。结论该研究明确了白花败酱乙酸乙酯部位抗结肠癌的药效成分,为深入探讨白花败酱草药效物质基础提供了参考。Objective To determine the effect of ethyl acetate extract of Patriniavllosa on colon cancer based on apoptosis microarray,and to explore the material basis for anti-colon cancer.Methods HPLC method was used to establish the fingerprints of ethyl acetate fractions of Patriniavllosa from different origins.The pharmacodynamic indexes were evaluated based on apoptosis microarray.The relevant information of the fingerprint was analyzed by grey correlation degree and partial least squares regression analysis,and the pharmacodynamic components were quickly analyzed and identified by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS.Results The ethyl acetate extract of Patriniavllosa had effect on colon cacer in the order of quercetin,luteolin,rutin,quercetin,chlorogenic acid,salicylic acid,protocatechuic acid and baicalin.Conclusion The efficacy of ethyl acetate extract of Patriniavllosa against colon cancer is confirmed,which provides methodology and experimental basis for further study of Patriniavllosa.
