摘 要:目的优选复方丹参方中丹参与三七的水提工艺。方法以丹参素钠、人参皂苷Rg1和总固体含量为评价指标,采用AHP-CRITIC法确定各指标权重,结合L_(9)(3^(4))正交表考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数对复方丹参方中丹参与三七水提效果的影响,并考察丹参、三七在醇沉调碱及水沉调酸过程中pH对评价指标的影响。结果复方丹参方中丹参与三七最佳水提工艺为10倍量水煎煮3次,每次2.5 h,醇沉调碱至pH 8.0~8.5,水沉调酸至pH 2.5~3.0。结论优选出的水提工艺稳定可行,可为复方丹参方的剂型开发提供依据。Objective To optimize the water extraction process of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma in compound Salvia recipe.Methods The content of Danshensu,ginsenoside Rg_(1) and total solid served as the evaluation indicators.AHP-CRITIC method was used to determine the weight coefficient of each index.The effect of water addition,extraction time,and number of extractions were investigated with L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal,and the influence of pH on the evaluation index in the alcohol precipitation and water precipitation was determined.Results The best water extraction process for Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma in compound Salvia recipe was decoction for three times with 10 times the amount of water and 2.5 h each time,with the pH being adjusted to 8.0~8.5 during alcohol precipitation,while to 2.5~3.0 during water precipitation.Conclusion The optimized water extraction for compound Salvia recipe is stable and feasible,and can be used for further research on the formulation of compound Salvia recipe development.
