摘  要:目的建立金茵利胆胶囊高效液相色谱指纹图谱并进行其与抗氧化作用的灰色关联分析。方法采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012版)对15批样品进行相似度分析;对均匀设计的N0~N7样品的共有峰进行体外DPPH和ABTS清除自由基的抗氧化活性测定,以清除率为药效指标,进行灰色关联分析。结果15批次样品指纹图谱叠加出23个共有峰,相似度均大于0.900。经对照品化学指认确定出7个共有峰(新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、1,3-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、对羟基苯乙酮、柚皮苷和新橙皮苷)。谱效关系研究结果表明峰12、峰14(绿原酸)、峰23(新橙皮苷)、峰10、峰17(对羟基苯乙酮)、峰8、峰13(隐绿原酸)和峰9(新绿原酸)抗氧化活性贡献度较强。结论本研究对金茵利胆胶囊谱效关系进行关联分析,为其抗氧化活性成分的筛选提供参考。Objective To conduct grey correlation analysis of the HPLC fingerprint for Jinyin Lidan capsules and their antioxidant.Methods Fifteen batches of samples were analyzed by similarity evaluation system of TCM chromatographic fingerprint(2012 edition)and 7 index components were measured.The free radical scavenging antioxidant activities of DPPH and ABTS of uniformly designed common peaks N0~N7 were determined in vitro.The scavenging rate was used as pharmacodynamic index grey correlation analysis.Results The fingerprint of 15 batches of samples superimposed 23 common peaks,with similarity>0.900.Seven common peaks(neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,1,3-dicaffeic quinic acid,p-hydroxyacetophenone,naringin and neoperidin)were identified by reference chemicals.Peaks 12,14(chlorogenic acid),23(neohesperidin),10,17(p-hydroxyacetophenone),8,13(cryptochlorogenic acid)and 9(neochlorogenic acid)contributed significantly to the antioxidant activity.Conclusion The correlation analysis of between the spectrum and effect of Jinyin Lidan capsules provides reference for the screening of antioxidant active ingredients of Jinyin Lidan capsules.
