摘 要:目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定三拗片中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、苦杏仁苷、甘草苷与甘草酸5种成分的含量。方法样品采用超声波方法进行提取,色谱柱为Capcell pak C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为205 nm(盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱和苦杏仁苷)与237 nm(甘草苷和甘草酸),柱温为30℃。结果盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、苦杏仁苷、甘草苷与甘草酸检测的线性范围分别为1.636~81.80 mg·m^(L-1)(r=0.9999)、1.207~60.35 mg·m^(L-1)(r=0.9998)、8.609~430.45 mg·m^(L-1)(r=0.9998)、1.304~65.20 mg·m^(L-1)(r=0.9999)、2.539~126.95 mg·m^(L-1)(r=0.9998),平均回收率分别为98.2%(RSD=1.3%)、101.0%(RSD=2.0%)、102.8%(RSD=1.5%)、102.4%(RSD=1.3%)、97.0%(RSD=1.1%)。结论该方法重复性好、结果准确,为三拗片质量控制提供了含量测定方法。Objective To simultaneously determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,amygdalin,liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in San’ao tablet by wavelength switching HPLC.Methods Samples were extracted by ultrasonic method.The chromatographic column was Capcell pak C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)and the acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The detection wavelength was 205 nm for ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin,and 237 nm for liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid.The column temperature was 30℃.Results The linearity was 1.636~81.80 mg·m^(L-1) for ephedrine hydrochloride(r=0.9999),1.207~60.35 mg·m^(L-1) for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride(r=0.9998),8.609~430.45 mg·m^(L-1) for amygdalin(r=0.9998),1.304~65.20 mg·m^(L-1) for liquiritin(r=0.9999),and 2.539~126.95 mg·m^(L-1) for glycyrrhizic acid(r=0.9998),respectively.The average recoveries were 98.2%(RSD=1.3%),101.0%(RSD=2.0%),102.8%(RSD=1.5%),102.4%(RSD=1.3%),and 97.0%(RSD=1.1%),respectively.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for simultaneous determination of 5 components in San’ao tablets.
