摘　　要：目的建立双波长高效液相色谱法同时测定愈伤灵胶囊中岩白菜素、11-O-没食子酰岩白菜素、红花黄色素、羟基红花黄色素A、藁本内酯、阿魏酸、马钱苷酸、当药苷、马钱苷、续断苷B 10种成分的含量。方法色谱柱为ACE Excel C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相A为甲醇,B为0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1);柱温25℃;检测波长为325 nm和244 nm。结果不同企业生产的愈伤灵胶囊中10种成分含量不尽相同。结论本法简便,准确,可用于愈伤灵胶囊的含量测定。各企业生产的愈伤灵胶囊存在质量差异,建议提升药品质量标准。Objective To simultaneouly determine bergenin,11-O-galloyl bergenin,safflor yellow,hydroxysafflor yellow A,ligustilide,ferulic acid,loganic acid,angelica glycoside,loganin and loganin B 10 components in Yushangling capsules by dual wavelength HPLC.Methods The ACE Excel C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol(A)and 0.1%phosphoric acid(B)with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1),the column temperature was 25℃,and the detection wavelength was 325 nm and 244 nm.Results The content of these 10 components varied in different manufacturers.Conclusion This method is sample and accurate,and can be used for the determination of Yushangling capsules.There are differences in the quality of Yushangling capsules by various enterprises,so the quality standards need to be improved.
