摘　　要：吴茱萸是临床常用中药,具有散寒止痛、助阳止泻、降逆止呕等功效。其主要含有生物碱类、萜类、黄酮类、挥发油类等化合物。现代研究表明吴茱萸可镇痛、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化,对心血管系统、中枢神经系统、消化系统、生殖系统等多个系统均具有药理活性,开发前景广阔。本文对近年来吴茱萸的化学成分、药理作用进行综述,以期为吴茱萸的深入系统研究和开发利用提供依据。Euodiae Fructus is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine.It can dispel cold and relieve pain,assist yang and relieve diarrhea,reduce adverse effects and relieve nausea.It mainly contains chemical components such as alkaloids,terpenes,flavonoids,and volatile oil.Modern research shows that Euodiae Fructus has analgesic,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,and anti-oxidant effect,and has pharmacological activity on the cardiovascular system,central nervous system,digestive system,reproductive system and other systems,with broad development prospect.This article reviews the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Euodiae Fructus in recent years to provide a basis for the in-depth systematic research and development of Euodiae Fructus.
