摘  要:目的研究中药特色饮片鱼子麻黄的水煎煮效率。方法将相同原药材分别炮制成鱼子麻黄和普通麻黄段,进行水煎煮试验,在相同条件下用水煎煮3次,测定出膏率,用HPLC法测定水煎液中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱的煎出量,比较两种炮制品的煎煮效率。结果鱼子麻黄的出膏率和有效成分的煎出量显著高于长度为10~20 mm的普通麻黄段。总出膏率提高28%,盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱煎出总量分别提高57%和61%。结论鱼子麻黄炮制品的煎煮利用度更高。Objective To determine the decoction efficiency of a special Chinese medicinal decoction named ephedra decoction piceces in the shape of fish roe.Methods The same raw medicinal materials were processed to ephedra decoction pieces in the shape of fish roe and common decoction piceces.Both piceces were decocted for three times under the same conditions.The extract rates were tested.The decoct quantities of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were tested by HPLC.The decocting efficiency of the two processed products was compared.Results The extraction rates and decoction quantities of active ingredients of ephedra decoction pieces in the shape of fish roe were significantly higher than those of common processed products with the length between 10 to 20 mm.The total extract rate was increased by 28%.The total decoction quantity of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was increased by 57% and 61%.Conclusion The ephedra decoction pieces in the shape of fish roe have higher decocting utilization than that of common products.
