摘 要:目的建立化胃舒颗粒中人参皂苷类成分的含量测定方法,推测皂苷类成分降解的产物和原因。方法采用HPLC法,建立红参中人参皂苷Rg_(1)、Re、Rb_(1)、Rg_(3)及Rh_(2)含量测定方法;对红参煎液、化胃舒全方液、红参与乌梅共煎液及红参与不含乌梅的处方中其他药材共煎液等4种供试液中5种人参皂苷含量进行测定和比较。结果红参煎液中人参皂苷Rg_(1)、Re和Rb_(1)的含量分别为134.2 mg、54.88 mg和234.3 mg;化胃舒全方液中未检测到人参皂苷Rg_(1)和Re,人参皂苷Rb_(1)含量为58.52 mg;红参与乌梅共煎液中人参皂苷Rg_(1)、Re、Rb_(1)成分均消失;在缺乌梅的化胃舒处方中人参皂苷Rg_(1)、Re和Rb_(1)的含量分别为40.58 mg、41.29 mg和120.8 mg;上述4种供试液中均未检测到人参皂苷Rg_(3)和Rh_(2)。结论乌梅药材是降低人参皂苷Rg_(1)、Re、Rb_(1)含量的主要因素,处方中其他药材也有一定的作用;初步认为人参皂苷Rg_(1)、Re、Rb_(1)会发生降解,但并未降解为稀有皂苷人参皂苷Rg_(3)和Rh_(2)。Objective To determine the content of ginsenosides in Huaweishu granules and reasons of the degradation products.Methods HPLC method was used to determine ginsenosides Rg_(1),Re,Rb_(1),Rg_(3),and Rh_(2) in Red ginseng.The content of 5 ginsenosides in the aqueous extract of Red ginseng,Huaweishu,Red ginseng with smoked plum,and Huaweishu without smoked plum was determined and compared.Results The content of ginsenoside Rg_(1),Re and Rb_(1) in the aqueous extract of Red ginseng were 134.2 mg,54.88 mg and 234.3 mg,respectively;ginsenoside Rg_(1) and Re were not detected in aqueous extract of Huaweishu and the contents of ginsenoside Rb_(1) was 58.52 mg;ginsenoside Rg_(1),Re and Rb_(1) were not detected in the aqueous extract of Red ginseng with smoked plum;the content of ginsenoside Rg_(1),Re and Rb_(1) were 40.58 mg,41.29 mg and 120.8 mg in aqueous extract of Huaweishu without smoked plum;ginsenoside Rg_(3) and Rh_(2) were not detected in any of the four solutions.Conclusion Smoked plum may be the main factor to reduce the content of ginsenoside Rg_(1),Re and Rb_(1),and other herbs in the prescription also have a certain effect.ginsenoside Rg_(1),Re,and Rb_(1) are degraded,but not into the rare saponin ginsenoside Rg_(3) and Rh_(2).
