摘 要:模仿猪笼草口缘表面特殊的周期性鸭嘴形微腔结构,设计了一种具有定向液体输运功能的新型质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)流道。通过数值模拟研究发现,带有新型仿猪笼草结构流道的PEMFC比带有传统光滑流道的PEMFC的性能显著提高。同时还与几种带有类似结构的流道进行了对比,结果表明,带有仿猪笼草结构的新型PEMFC流道除了能增强气体燃料在流道内的传质作用外,还能加快阴极流道内水分的排出,防止发生使PEMFC性能降低的“水淹”现象。A novel proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)flow channel with directional water transport function was designed by imitating the special periodic duck-billed microcavity structure on the peristome surface of Nepenthes alata.Through numerical simulation,it is found that the performance of PEMFC with the novel flow channel imitating N.alata structure is significantly improved compared with the PEMFC with the traditional smooth flow channel.At the same time,several flow channels with similar structures were also compared.The results show that the novel PEMFC flow channel imitating N.alata structure can not only enhance the mass transfer of gas fuel in the flow channel,but also accelerate the dewatering in the cathode flow channel,so as to prevent the phenomenon of"water flooding"which reduces the performance of PEMFC.
