摘 要:为对太阳能进行精确跟踪采集与开发利用,对太阳能自动跟踪采集技术和太阳能跟踪设备的结构设计和运行机理进行了研究,设计了一种基于PLC视日跟踪和DSP图像采集跟踪之间自动切换的跟踪方法。首先对PLC太阳位置单独控制跟踪方式进行阐述,然后利用图像处理器采集太阳光斑信息,最后通过DSP图像处理算法转换成太阳质心的偏转角度,反馈PLC实施精确跟踪。实验研究表明:该跟踪系统可以在视日跟踪和图像跟踪的开环和闭环之间自动切换,跟踪系统软硬件系统协调配合,技术人员能够随时查阅跟踪系统实时监控数据,跟踪系统精度可达±0.03°,同时为下一步极端天气状况下,设备升级改造奠定良好的基础。In order to track and collect the solar energy accurately and develop and utilize it,the automatic tracking and collecting technology of solar energy and the design and operation mechanism of the solar energy tracking and collecting equipment were studied,a tracking method based on PLC of Apparent Sun tracking was designed to automatically switch between the DSP of image acquisition tracking.At first,the single control and tracking mode of the Sun position of PLC was described,then the sun spot information was collected by image processor,finally,the angle of deflection of the sun's Center of mass was converted by DSP image Processing Algorithm,and the precise tracking was implemented by feedback PLC.The experimental results show that the tracking system can automatically switch between the open loop and the closed loop of apparent day tracking and image tracking.With the coordination of the hardware and software of the tracking system,the technicians can consult the real-time monitoring data of the tracking system at any time,and the accuracy of the tracking system can reach±0.03°.At the same time,it lays a good foundation for further equipment upgrade and transformation under extreme weather.
