摘　　要：结合当前计算机工控测量技术,设计了一套电线电缆水平燃烧试验装置,其由试验炉、燃烧器、烟密度和热释放测量设备等组成。装置可以自动完成电线电缆在水平安装条件下的火焰蔓延、热释放和产烟试验,并自动计算出电线电缆的火焰传播距离、热释放速率、热释放总量、产烟速率、产烟总量和烟密度。This paper designs the horizontal combustion test device for wire and cable based on the current technology of computer industrial control measurement.The device is composed of fire test chamber,gas burner,smoke and heat release measurements,etc.The device can automatically complete the flame spread,heat release and smoke release tests of wires and cables under horizontal installation conditions,and can automatically calculate the flame travel distance,heat release rate,total heat release,smoke release rate,total smoke release and optical density of smoke for the wire and cable.
