摘 要:针对某油田外围“三低”油田原油含蜡高、产量低,60%以上井处于供液不足状态,常规游梁式抽油机采油泵效低于30%,系统效率为10%左右、耗电高达150 kWh。为探索高效举升节能新途径,通过调研论证,在外围油田应用了长冲程抽油机采油技术。在长冲程抽油机具有采油泵效高达60%以上,冲程长达50 m,冲次1~10次/h等优势,抽油机在前期应用6口试验井取得较好的效果基础上,继续在外围油田开展长冲程高效举升扩大改造试验,为外围低渗透油田长冲程抽油机的井节能技术的适应性做了充分的技术保障。In the peripheral“Low three indicators”oilfield,the crude oil has high wax content,low production,over 80% of wells are short of fluid supply,the efficiency of conventional pump is less than 30%,the system efficiency is about 10%,and the power consumption is up to 150 kwh.In order to explore a new way of high-efficiency lifting and energy-saving,the long-stroke pumping unit technology is applied in the peripheral oil fields through investigation and demonstration.Based on the advantages of long-stroke pumping unit,such as pump efficiency up to 60%,stroke length up to 50 m,stroke times 1~10 times per hour,and good results obtained by applying the unit in the previous 6 test wells,in order to ensure the adaptability of the energy-saving technology of the long-stroke pumping unit in the peripheral low-permeability oilfield,we continue to carry out the long-stroke high-efficiency lifting and extending transformation experiment in the peripheral oilfield.
