摘  要:针对分析示功图校液面技术原理陆梁油田隔抽井无法测取动液面的难题,建立了抽油机井悬点静载荷差与动液面的数学关系,通过读取示功图的上静载值、下静载值,并由上静载值减去下静载值即静载差计算动液面,经实例验证稳定可靠。同时解决了因死油环等原因导致动液面测不准的问题,规避了人工测试的低频与繁琐,有利于油井实现供排协调,提高油田开发综合效益。As it is difficult to measure the dynamic liquid level in separated well in Luliang Oilfield,established the mathematical relationship between the static load difference of a sucker rod pump and the dynamic fluid level.The dynamic liquid level is calculated by static load difference of upper static load value and lower static load value from the dynamometer card,and this method is proved to be stable and reliable in practice.It also solves the problem of inaccuracy of dynamic liquid level caused by dead oil ring and other reasons,avoids the low frequency and tedious manual testing,and is conducive to the realization of oil well supply and drainage coordination,and improves the comprehensive benefits of oilfield development.
