摘  要:油田井口加热炉是油田开发生产过程中的重要生产设备,其产生的烟气是油田生产主要排放废气物之一,针对部分井口加热炉烟气排放其氮氧化物指标不达标、运行效率低、能耗高等问题,介绍了加热炉氮氧化物排放标准技术要求、低氮燃烧器技术工作原理、以及低氮燃烧器技术特点、以及低氮燃烧器技术现场应用情况,并对现场应用效果作了综合评价分析等。实践证明,低氮燃烧器技术可达到良好的节能减排效果(系统运行效率可提升4%以上)、可靠的安全性能和先进的智能控制技术,它的应用既能有效解决油田井口加热炉烟气排放超标问题,又能起到节能降耗效果,具有良好的推广应用前景。Oil field wellhead heating furnace is an important production equipment in the process of oil field development and production,and its flue gas is one of the main exhaust gases discharged from oil field production.Aiming at the problems of non-standard nitrogen oxide index,low operation efficiency and high energy consumption of flue gas discharged from some wellhead heating furnaces,this paper introduces the technical requirements of nitrogen oxide emission standard of heating furnace,the technical working principle of low nitrogen burner And the technical characteristics of low nitrogen burner and the field application of low nitrogen burner technology,and the field application effect is comprehensively evaluated and analyzed.Practice has proved that low nitrogen burner technology,with its excellent energy-saving and emission reduction effect(system operation efficiency can be increased by more than 4%),excellent and reliable safety performance and advanced intelligent control technology,can not only effectively solve the problem of excessive flue gas emission of oil field wellhead heating furnace,but also save energy and reduce consumption,and has a good prospect of popularization and application.
