摘  要:为了满足双螺杆泵同井注采工艺注入、采出通道相对独立的需求,同时解决生产过程中分层管柱密封难题,研制了采上注下、采下注上两种分层管柱。采上注下分层管柱采用Y443可钻封隔器和插入密封结构,管柱简单、密封可靠、使用寿命长;采下注上分层管柱采用整体丢手式结构,确保了生产过程中稳定可靠,设计的双通道注采器建立了独立的注水、采出通道。现场应用20井次,分层管柱工艺成功率100%,管柱工作有效期2年以上,单井平均日产液下降了70.9%,含水下降了4个百分点。In order to meet the requirement of relatively independent injection and production channels in the same well injection-production process of twin screw pump,and to solve the sealing problem of stratified string in the production process,two kinds of stratified string,up-production and up-production,were developed.Using Y 443 drillable packer and insert seal structure,the string is simple,reliable seal and long service life.The layering pipe string adopts the integral release structure to ensure the stability and reliability in the production process.The dual-channel injection-production device has established an independent water injection and production channel.After 20 Wells of field application,the success rate of the layered string technology is 100%,and the life of the string is more than 2 years.The average daily fluid and water cut of a single well are reduced by 70.9% and 4% respectively.
