摘 要:延长采油井热洗周期,通常采用加入防蜡剂的方式,目前最好的方式是集中加药方式,但对于针对零散分布的油井并不适用。而热洗周期偏短的井,存在热洗频繁、能耗高、影响产量多的实际问题。对此提出了应用三元复合井口动力加药防垢闲置装置实现连续稳定加药的方法延长热洗周期,开展了防蜡剂适应性评价、有效浓度室内实验、单井加药制度与流程改造,并应用于热洗周期小于或等于60天的油井6口井,结果表明,利用该装置可保持合理加药浓度150~250 mg/L,满足了防蜡剂有效浓度150 mg/L以上的要求;见到了试验前后产液量稳定并略有上升,平均系统效率上升2.12%,百米耗电下降0.05 kWh,实现了一个检泵周期内免热洗,节电3.27×10^(4) kWh、节气6.5×10^(4) m^(3),减少热洗影响原油产量685 t;同时起到了盘活固定资产的作用。To prolong the hot washing cycle of oil production wells,wax inhibitor is usually added.At present,the best way is centralized dosing,but it is not suitable for scattered oil wells.However,for wells with short hot washing cycle,there are practical problems such as frequent hot washing,high energy consumption and much impact on production.In this regard,the method of continuous and stable dosing by using the ternary composite wellhead dynamic dosing and anti-scaling idle device is proposed to prolong the hot washing cycle.The adaptability evaluation of wax inhibitor,indoor experiment of effective concentration,single well dosing system and process transformation are carried out,and applied to 6 oil wells with hot washing≤60 days.The results show that the reasonable dosing concentration can be maintained between 150 mg/L and 250 mg/L by using the device,The effective concentration of wax inhibitor is more than 150 mg/L;It is seen that the liquid production is stable and slightly increased before and after the test,the average system efficiency increases by 2.12 percentage points,and the power consumption per 100 meters decreases by 0.05 kWh.It is realized that there is no hot washing and electricity saving 3.27×10^(4) kWh,solar term 6.5×10^(4) m^(3),reducing the impact of hot washing on crude oil production by 685 t;At the same time,it has played a role in revitalizing fixed assets.
