摘　　要：介绍农村燃气运营管理现状,分析存在的问题,提出网格化运营管理模式。探讨网格化运营管理模式的内涵、应用及效果。The current situation of rural gas operation management is introduced,the existing problems are analyzed,and the grid operation management mode is put forward.The connotation,application and effect of grid operation management mode are discussed.
