摘 要:润滑油中的饱和烃含量是影响润滑油溶解性能,抗氧化性能及黏温特性等的主要因素,对润滑油中饱和烃含量进行定量测定可为润滑油的性能分析和研究提供重要的技术支持,为此对测定润滑油中饱和烃含量的方法进行了研究。以液体石蜡为内标物,以正庚烷和甲苯为展开剂,在空气流量2.0 L/min,氢气流量180 mL/min,扫描速率40 mm/s的扫描参数下,用棒状薄层色谱/氢火焰离子化检测器对润滑油中饱和烃的色谱峰面积进行了测定,并通过饱和烃的峰面积与质量之间的数学模型建立了一种测定饱和烃含量的方法。该方法的准确性在±5.0%的误差范围内,重复性极差不超过1.62%。建立的方法具有良好的准确性和重复性,可以用于测定润滑油中饱和烃的含量。The content of saturated hydrocarbon in lubricants was the main factor affecting the solubility,oxidation resistance and viscosity temperature characteristics of lubricants.Quantitative determination of saturated hydrocarbon content in lubricants could provide important technical support for performance analysis and research of lubricants.Therefore,the method of determining saturated hydrocarbon content in lubricants was studied.Using liquid paraffin as internal standard,n-heptane and toluene as developing agents,the chromatographic peak area of saturated hydrocarbons in lubricants was determined by rod thin layer chromatography/hydrogen flame ionization detector under the scanning parameters of air flow rate of 2.0 L/min,hydrogen flow rate of 180 mL/min and scanning rate of 40 mm/s,and through the mathematical model between the peak area and mass of saturated hydrocarbon,a method for determining the content of saturated hydrocarbon was established.The accuracy of the method was within the error range of±5.0%,and the repeatability range was no more than 1.62%.The established method had good accuracy and repeatability,and could be used to determine the content of saturated hydrocarbon in lubricants.
