摘 要:目前评价发动机油燃油经济性的台架试验周期长,费用高,给节能型发动机油的研制带来了较大的困难,而四球试验机也不能满足车辆齿轮油减摩性能评定的要求。SRV-4型摩擦磨损试验机集点,线,面等多种摩擦副于一体,能较为真实地模拟多种台架试验评价润滑油及添加剂在不同条件下的摩擦因数,并自动绘制摩擦因数随时间的变化曲线,可直观地反映润滑油及添加剂的摩擦学性能。用SRV-4型摩擦磨损试验机多方位模拟发动机油与车辆齿轮油的摩擦工况,并设计了不同的试验方案对发动机油与车辆齿轮油及添加剂的减摩性能进行考察。这些试验方案对评价发动机油与车辆齿轮油及添加剂的减摩性能均有良好的区分性,可为节能型发动机油与车辆齿轮油的配方研究提供指导。At present,the rig test cycle for evaluating the fuel economy of engine oils was long and high cost,which bought great difficulties to the development of energy-saving engine oils.But the four-ball testing machine could not meet the requirements of anti-friction performance evaluation of vehicle gear lubricants.SRV-4 friction and wear tester integrated a variety of friction pairs such as point,line and surface,and could truly simulate a variety of rig tests to evaluate the friction coefficient of lubricants and additives under different conditions.The variation curve of friction coefficient with time could be drawn automatically,which could directly reflect the tribological performance of lubricants and additives.SRV-4 friction and wear tester was used to simulate the friction conditions between engine oils and vehicle gear lubricants and different test schemes were designed to investigate the anti-friction performance of engine oils,vehicle gear lubricants and additives.These test schemes had a good distinction in evaluating the anti-friction performance of engine oils,vehicle gear lubricants and additives,and could provide guidance for the formulation research of energy-saving engine oils and vehicle gear lubricants.
