摘 要:随着汽车尾气排放限值越来越严格,汽车发动机的工况也越来越苛刻,工作温度也不断升高,活塞出现发动机油结焦的现象也越来越严重,因此结焦问题是目前汽油机油配方研究中需要考虑的重要问题之一。汽油机油的抗结焦性能可采用发动机清净性台架试验(ACEA EP6CDT)进行评价,但该试验费用高,周期长,并不适合用于汽油机油的配方研究和/或清净剂的筛选,为此建立了倾斜板成焦试验(PCT)来评价汽油机油和/或清净剂的抗结焦性能,并与发动机清净性台架试验的相关性进行了考察。倾斜板成焦试验评价汽油机油的高温抗结焦性能具有良好的区分性,且与发动机活塞的清净性台架试验结果相一致,具有良好的相关性,因此可用倾斜板成焦试验来评价和/或预测汽油机油和/或清净剂的高温抗结焦性能,指导汽油机油的配方研究和/或清净剂的筛选,为预测和评估汽油机油通过发动机清净性台架试验的几率具有重要的实际意义和参考价值。With the increasingly strict limit of automobile exhaust emission,the working condition of automobile engine was becoming more and more severe,and the working temperature was also rising,and the phenomenon of engine lubes coking in piston was becoming more and more serious.Therefore,coking problem was one of the important problems to be considered in the research of gasoline engine lubes formula.The anticoking performance of gasoline engine lubes could be evaluated by engine detergency rig test(ACEA EP6CDT),but the test cost was high and the cycle was long,so it was not suitable for the formulation research of gasoline engine lubes and/or the screening of detergent.Therefore,inclined panel coking test(PCT)was established to evaluate the anti-coking performance of gasoline engine lubes and/or detergent,and its correlation with engine detergency rig test was investigated.The inclined panel coking test had good discrimination in evaluating the elevated temperature coking resistance of gasoline engine lubes,and was consistent with the rig test results of engine piston cleanliness.Therefore,the inclined panel coking test could be used to evaluate and/or predict the elevated temperature anti-coking performance of gasoline engine lubes and/or detergent,and guide the formulation research of gasoline engine lubes and/or the screening of detergent.It had important practical significance and reference value for predicting and evaluating the probability of gasoline engine lubes for passing the engine detergency rig test.
