水钢四号高炉两出铁口铁水温度差异的分析

摘　　要：对水钢四号高炉生产实践中,两个铁口之间铁水温度有规律性差异现象作出分析和总结,通过采取改善入炉原燃料质量,调整风口长度、凤口面积,上、下部调剂相结合,用锰矿洗炉等一系列措施,两铁口炉温趋于一致,四号高炉取得了较好的技术经济指标。The regular difference of molten-iron temperature between two iron tapping holes of No.4 blast furnace in Shuigang is analyzed and summarized.By a series of measures such as the quality improvement of charging material and fuel,the adjustment of length and area of tuyere,the combination of upper and lower regulation,the furnace washing with manganese ore and so on,the molteniron temperature between two iron tapping holes tends to be same,and good technical and economic indexes are achieved.
