摘 要:以高炉出铁口冷却壁为研究对象,设计了一种基于远距离无线通信(LoRa)技术的水温差监测系统。该系统采用一种改进式比率电桥电路,其中温度传感器为PT1000,其测量精度能达到0.01℃,并且将低功耗的LoRa技术作为系统的通信方式,通过RS-485总线将温度数据传输给上位机,记录实时的水温差。最后在某钢厂复杂的环境下,验证了本方案能准确监测冷却壁进出口水温差,对后期分析高炉侵蚀状态具有良好的工程前景。A water temperature difference monitoring system based on remote wireless communication(LoRa)technology is designed,the cooling wall of blast furnace taphole being taken as the research object.The system adopts an improved ratio bridge circuit,in which the temperature sensor is PT1000,and its measurement accuracy can reach 0.01℃,and uses the LoRa technology which is of low power consumption as the communication mode of the system.The temperature data is transmitted to the upper computer through RS-485 bus,and the real-time water temperature difference is recorded.Finally,under the complex environment of a steel mill,the proposed scheme is verified to be able to accurately monitor the water temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the cooling wall,which has a good engineering prospect for the later analysis of the erosion state of blast furnace.
