巴曲酶注射液联合银杏达莫注射液治疗老年突发性耳聋患者的效果及对相关因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨巴曲酶注射液联合银杏达莫注射液治疗老年突发性耳聋的效果及对相关因子的影响。方法选取我院2017年11月—2019年1月收治的老年突发性耳聋93例,据治疗方法的不同分为观察组48例和对照组45例。在常规对症治疗基础上,观察组予巴曲酶注射液联合银杏达莫注射液治疗,对照组仅予巴曲酶注射液治疗,2组均治疗10 d。治疗后比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后凝血功能指标[纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)及血小板因子(PF)]变化,治疗前后血液流变学指标[血浆黏度(PV)、高切黏度(HS)、中切黏度(MS)、低切黏度(LS)]变化,治疗前后血清连接蛋白26(Connexin26)、连接蛋白30(Connexin30)水平,以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.67%高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组TT、PT均延长,FIB、PF降低,且观察组TT、PT、FIB、PF变化幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗后,2组PV、HS、MS、LS水平降低,且观察组PV、HS、MS、LS降低程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组Connexin26、Connexin30升高,且观察组Connexin26、Connexin30升高程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2组治疗期间总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且不良反应均轻微,停药后可自行缓解。结论巴曲酶注射液联合银杏达莫注射液治疗可显著提高老年突发性耳聋患者听力及凝血功能,改善血液流变学状态,刺激内外耳毛细胞机械传导,且治疗安全性良好。Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of Batroxobin Injection combined with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection in treatment of elderly patients with sudden deafness and its effects on related factors.Methods A total of 93 elderly patients with sudden deafness admitted between November 2017 and January 2019 were divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=45)according to different therapeutic methods.On the basis of routine symptomatic treatment,observation group was treated with Batroxobin Injection combined with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection,while control group was treated with Batroxobin Injection only.Both groups were treated for 10 d.Clinical efficacy,changes of coagulation function indexes[fibrinogen(FIB),thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT)and platelet factor(PF)],changes of hemorheological indexes[plasma viscosity(PV),high shear viscosity(HS),medium shear viscosity(MS),low shear viscosity(LS)],serum levels of Connexin 26 and Connexin 30 levels and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group(91.67%)was significantly higher than 75.56%in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TT and PT times were prolonged,and FIB and PF levels were decreased in two groups,and changes of TT,PT,FIB and PF in observation group were greater than those in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment,PV,HS,MS and LS levels were significantly decreased in two groups,and the decreased levels of PV,HS,MS and LS in observation group were significantly greater than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of Connexin 26 and Connexin 30 were significantly increased in two groups,and the increased levels of Connexin 26 and Connexin 30 in observation group were significantly greater than those in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in incidence rate of total adverse reactions between two groups during treatment(P>0.05),and the adverse reactions were mild,which could be alle
