摘 要:随着能源结构的深化调整,可再生能源在电力系统中的渗透率逐步提高,而其出力的波动性和随机性对电力系统的稳定运行带来了新的挑战。科学地评估电力系统对新能源的承载能力,对于含高比例新能源电力系统的规划和运行具有重要意义。建立电力系统中新能源承载能力的线性最优潮流(optimal power flow,OPF)模型。针对电力系统潮流的非线性问题,建立线性化方法,在精度允许的前提下,解决传统OPF高次非凸模型难以求得全局最优解的问题。考虑节点电压、线路潮流、功率返送和机组爬坡约束,对电力系统的新能源承载能力进行评估。通过仿真分析,验证OPF的有效性,并结合具体算例探讨限制可再生能源接入的主要因素。With the deepening adjustment of energy structure,the penetration of renewable energy in power system is gradually increased.The fluctuation and randomness of renewable energy output have brought new challenges to the power system operation.It is of great significance for the planning and operation of power system with renewable energy to scientifically evaluate the capacity of renewable energy consumption.In this paper,a linear optimal power flow(OPF)model of renewable energy consumption capacity in power system was established.Considering the nonlinear characteristic of power system power flow,a linearization method was established to solve the problem that the traditional high-order nonconvex OPF model is difficult to obtain the global optimal solution.Considering the voltage magnitude,line power flow,power injection and the climbing constraints,the renewable energy consumption capacity of power system was evaluated.The effectiveness of the proposed OPF is verified by simulation analysis,and the main factors restricting renewable energy penetration are discussed with a standard testing system.
