摘 要:介质损耗角及功率因数角是电容型设备、氧化锌避雷器、干式空心电抗器在线监测技术中的常用特征参量,其测量精度主要受同步采集的触发时差制约。首先分析了基于相位测量的高压电气设备在线监测技术原理,对同步采集触发时差要求进行了验算;随后,结合智能变电站在线监测系统实际,分别对卫星授时、短距离无线广播触发、站控层IRIG-B码授时、电源电压辅助测量4种同步采集触发技术的设计方案和实现方法进行了研究;实验结果表明:卫星授时的同步采集精度最高;短距离无线广播触发方式结构简单,便于拓展;站控层IRIG-B码授时稳定性强,但布线复杂;电源电压辅助测量易受电网频率波动影响。为智能变电站在线监测设计提供了支撑。The dielectric loss angle and power factor angle are common characteristic parameters used in online monitoring technology of capacitive equipment,zinc oxide arresters and dry-type air-core reactors.Its measurement accuracy is mainly controlled by the time difference of synchronous acquisition.Firstly,the principle of on-line monitoring technology of HV electrical equipment based on phase measurement is analyzed,and the time difference requirement for synchronous acquisition trigger is checked.Then,based on the existing intelligent substation online monitoring systems,a study is made on the design schemes and implementation methods of four synchronous acquisition triggering technologies,namely satellite timing,short-range radio broadcast communication,station control layer IRIG-B code timing,and power supply voltage assisted measurement.The experimental results show that the satellite timing has the highest synchronous acquisition accuracy;the short-distance radio trigger mode is simple in structure and easy to expand;the IRIG-B code is good in stability but complex in wiring;the power voltage auxiliary measurement is susceptible to the frequency fluctuation of the power grid.These results can provide a technical support for the online monitoring design of intelligent substations.
