摘 要:随机选取池塘专养模式下30只25月龄中华鳖余姚本地品系同生群雄性个体为研究对象,采用多元分析方法定量研究了肠质量(W_(1))、肝质量(W_(2))、心质量(W_(3))、裙边质量(W_(4))、背甲质量(W_(5))、腹甲质量(W_(6))对体质量(BW)的影响效应。结果表明:(1)本研究所涉性状的变异系数呈W_(6)>W_(4)>W_(5)>BW>W_(3)>W_(2)>W_(1),组织与脏器质量与体质量的比值呈W_(4)>W_(5)>W_(6)>W_(2)>W_(1)>W_(3)(P<0.05),即实验鳖代谢惰性部位质量的变异程度及对体质量的贡献率均大于代谢活性脏器;(2)相关分析显示,本研究所涉组织和脏器质量与体质量间的相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),呈W_(4)>W_(2)>W_(1)>W_(5)>W_(3)>W_(6),一元线性回归方程的斜率为W_(4)>W_(5)>W_(6)>W_(2)>W_(1)>W_(3),即裙边质量较其它组织和脏器对体质量更具增重重要性;(3)经通径分析和复相关分析,被保留的W_(2)、W_(4)、W_(5)与BW的总决定系数和复相关指数均为0.887,对BW的直接作用与间接作用分别呈W_(4)>W_(5)>W_(2)和W_(2)>W_(5)>W_(4);(4)经偏回归分析,用于估算BW的最优方程为BW=10.73W_(2)+5.02W_(4)+3.94W_(5)-57.45。Thirty 25-month-old Trionyx sinensis of the syngenetic group of Yuyao local strain were randomly selected from the pond monoculture mode as research objects.The effects of intestine weight(W_(1)),liver weight(W_(2)),heart weight(W_(3)),sturgeon calipash weight(W_(4)),dorsal carapace weight(W_(5)),and abdominal carapace weight(W_(6))on body weight(BW)were quantitatively studied by multivariate analysis.The results showed that:(1)The coefficient of variation of the traits is W_(6)>W_(4)>W_(5)>BW>W_(3)>W_(2)>W_(1),and the ratio of tissue and viscera weight to body weight is W_(4)>W_(5)>W_(6)>W_(2)>W_(1)>W_(3)(P<0.05),that is,the variation degree and the contribution rate to the body weight of the inert parts of the metabolism of the experimental T.sinensis are higher than those of the active metabolic viscera.(2)In the correlation analysis,the correlation coefficients between tissue and viscera weight and body weight are extremely significant(P<0.01),W_(4)>W_(2)>W_(1)>W_(5)>W_(3)>W_(6),and the slope of the linear regression equation is W_(4)>W_(5)>W_(6)>W_(2)>W_(1)>W_(3),that is,the sturgeon calipash weight is more important for body weight than other tissues and viscera.(3)Through path analysis and multiple correlation analysis,the total determination coefficient and multiple correlation indexes of W_(2),W_(4),W_(5),and BW are all 0.887;the direct and indirect effects on BW are W_(4)>W_(5)>W_(2) and W_(2)>W_(5)>W_(4),respectively.(4)By partial regression analysis,the optimal equation for estimating BW is BW=10.73W_(2)+5.02W_(4)+3.94W_(5)-57.45.
