摘　　要：廉洁教育是新时代独立学院辅导员思想教育和队伍建设的应有之义。当前,随着互联网的快速发展,相对于传统教育而言,“微教育”在辅导员队伍思想政治教育的内容、方式方法、教育成本等方面优势越来越明显。可从通过强化自身建设、体制机制建设、环境文化建设等方面共同发力,加快推进独立学院辅导员廉洁廉政文化建设,进而实现辅导员队伍健康稳定发展。The integrity education is the due meaning of ideological education and team construction of counselors in independent colleges in the new era.At present,with the rapid development of the Internet,compared with traditional education,“micro education”has more and more obvious advantages in the content,methods and cost of ideological and political education for counselors.We can accelerate the construction of clean and honest government culture of counselors in independent colleges by strengthening their own construction,system and mechanism construction and environmental culture construction so as to realize the healthy and stable development of counselors.
