门诊阴道分泌物常规检查及细菌白带检查在已婚妇女中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析门诊阴道分泌物常规检查及细菌白带检查在已婚妇女中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2019年3月至2021年3月本院门诊收治的176例已婚妇女的临床资料,其均接受阴道分泌物及白带常规检查,分析并比较已婚妇女的感染类型、阴道清洁度检出情况。结果176例已婚妇女中,病原菌检测阳性170例,阴性6例,分别占总数的96.59%、3.41%;病原菌检测阳性中细菌感染94例,滴虫感染67例,真菌感染9例,检出率分别为53.41%、38.07%、5.11%;细菌感染检出率>滴虫感染检出率>真菌感染检出率(P<0.05)。阴道清洁度Ⅰ度3例,Ⅱ度21例,Ⅲ度87例,Ⅳ度65例,检出率分别为1.70%、11.93%、49.43%、36.93%;阴道清洁度Ⅰ度检出率低于Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ度,Ⅱ度低于Ⅲ、Ⅳ度,Ⅳ度低于Ⅲ度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊阴道分泌物常规检查及细菌白带检查对已婚妇女妇科疾病的诊断具有重要的临床指导意义,值得推广。Objective To analyze the application value of routine examination of vaginal secretions and bacterial leucorrhea examination of outpatient service in married women.Methods The clinical data of 176 married women treated in outpatient service of our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.All of them underwent routine examination of vaginal secretions and bacterial leucorrhea examination.The type of infection and vaginal cleanliness of married women were analyzed and compared.Results Among 176 married women,170 cases of pathogen detection were positive and 6 cases were negative,accounting for 96.59% and 3.41% respectively;among the positive cases of pathogen detection,94 cases were bacterial infection,67 cases were trichomonal infection,9 cases were fungal infection,and the detection rates were 53.41%,38.07% and 5.11% respectively;the detection rate of bacteria infection>the detection rate of trichomonal infection>the detection rate of fungal infection(P<0.05).Vaginal cleanliness was grade Ⅰ in 3 cases,grade Ⅱ in 21 cases,grade Ⅲ in 87 cases,gradeⅣin 65 cases,and the detection rates were 1.70%,11.93%,49.43% and 36.93% respectively;the detection rate of vaginal cleanliness with grade Ⅰ was lower than gradeⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ,which of grade Ⅱ was lower than grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ,and of gradeⅣwas lower than grade Ⅲ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine examination of vaginal secretion and bacterial leucorrhea examination in outpatient service have important clinical guiding significance for the diagnosis of gynecological diseases in married women,which is worthy of popularization.
