摘　　要：目的探究信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)模型对持续非卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)患者容量负荷和透析充分性的影响。方法选择2018年5月至2020年5月我院收治的240例CAPD患者作为研究对象,根据单双号随机化法将其分为对照组和试验组,各120例。对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组给予IMB模型干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,试验组的收缩压、舒张压低于对照组,24 h超滤量、24 h尿量多于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的水肿发生率为60.83%,显著低于对照组的76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的eGFR、Ccr、Kt/V均高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论IMB模型应用于CAPD患者中,能够更好地改善患者的容量负荷以及透析充分性,意义重大。Objective To explore the effects of information-motivation-behavior skill(IMB)model on capacity load and dialysis adequacy in continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD)patients.Methods A total of 240 CAPD patients treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to single and double number randomization method,with 120 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given IMB model intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the 24 h ultrafiltration volume and 24 h urine volume were more than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of edema in the experimental group was 60.83%,which was significantly lower than 76.67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the eGFR,Ccr and Kt/V in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The IMB model applied in CAPD patients can better improve the capacity load and dialysis adequacy,which is of great significance.
