摘 要:体教融合可以分为低中高三个层面:低层次的融合是体育学校并入普通学校;中层次融合是竞技体育融入学校体育;高层次融合是体育管理系统并入教育管理系统。体教融合的原因是体育系统存在培养人才成本高、来源单一和匮乏、运动员退役后出路和工作安置难度大等问题;教育系统存在学生体质较差、肥胖率高、技能掌握情况较差且无具体参考标准等问题。体教融合政策的落脚点在于学校体育教学的继续深入改革:大中小学体育课程一体化设计;引入和利用青少年运动技能等级标准;引入U系列赛事。The integration of sports and education can be divided into three levels:low,middle and high levels:low-level integration is the integration of sports schools into ordinary schools;middle-level integration is the integration of competitive sports into school sports;high-level integration is the integration of sports management system into education management system.The reasons for the integration of sports and education are that there are problems in both sports system and education system,such as high cost of training talents,single and deficient sources and difficulty in job placement for retired athletes in sports system;phenomenon like poor physique,high obesity rate and poor skill mastery in students,and no specific reference standards in education system.The achievement of the integration of sports and education lies in the continuous and in-depth reform of school physical education,like integrated design of physical education courses in primary and secondary schools and colleges,introduction and application of sports skill level standards for teenagers,and integration of U series events.
