消肿止痛胶囊联合腰椎斜扳法治疗急性腰扭伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药消肿止痛胶囊联合腰椎斜扳法治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法选择急性腰扭伤的患者81例,随机分为治疗组(消肿止痛胶囊+斜扳法组)41例与对照组(美洛昔康+盐酸乙派立松组)40例,观察治疗前后两组总有效率、SF-12评分、腰椎活动度(ROM)及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果治疗后,对照组总有效率、SF-12评分、VAS评分、ROM改善程度明显较治疗组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消肿止痛胶囊联合腰椎斜扳法治疗急性腰扭伤,能有效改善临床症状及体征,恢复日常生活及工作,缓解疼痛,安全有效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaozhong Zhitong Capsules combined with lumbar oblique pulling method in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.Methods:A total of 81 patients with acute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into the treatment group(Xiaozhong Zhitong Capsules+oblique pulling method group)of 41 cases and a control group(meloxicam+Eperisone hydrochlonide group)of 40 cases.The effective rate,SF-12,ROM and VAS scores of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:After treatment,the effective rate,SF-12 score,ROM improvements and VAS score of the control group were significantly lower than those of the treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaozhong Zhitong Capsules combined with lumbar oblique pulling method for acute lumbar sprain can effectively improve clinical symptoms and signs,restore daily life and work,and relieve pain,which is safe and effective.
