针灸治疗急性期颈源性头痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位透刺配合经络灸治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法将60例颈源性头痛患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组采用穴位透刺配合经络灸,对照组采用口服药物治疗。每天治疗1次,连续治疗7 d为1疗程,2疗程后对两组患者治疗前后的疼痛数字评分法(VAS)评分、颈部活动度(ROM)评分及症状体征客观评分,进行统计学分析。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为80.00%,有明显差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后VAS评分、ROM评分及症状体征客观评分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位透刺配合经络灸治疗急性期颈源性头痛临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of penetration acupuncture combined with meridian moxibustion in the treatment of cervicogenic headache.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cervicogenic headache were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with penetration acupuncture combined with meridian moxibustion,while the control group was treated with oral drugs.The treatment course was once a day for seven consecutive days.After two courses of treatment,the VAS score,neck range of motion(ROM)score before and after treatment,as well as the symptoms and signs scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 80.00%,indicating statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The VAS score,ROM score,symptoms and signs scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment in the same group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in VAS score,ROM score,symptoms and signs scores between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Penetration acupuncture combined with meridian moxibustion can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of cervicogenic headache.
