蓝芩利咽解毒汤治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察在抗生素治疗的基础上给予蓝芩利咽解毒汤对于急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法选择80例化脓性扁桃体炎患者随机分为对照组及观察组各40例,对照组常规给予抗生素抗感染治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服蓝芩利咽解毒汤,对比观察两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者咽痛消失时间、扁桃体红肿消失时间、扁桃体脓性分泌物消失时间及体温恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著低于对照组。结论蓝芩利咽解毒汤能够有效促进急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者肿痛消退,加快退热,减轻患者临床症状,提高临床疗效,其机制可能与该方案能降低急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者炎性因子水平、抑制炎症反应有关。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Lanqin Liyan Jiedu Decoction on the basis of antibiotic treatment for acute suppurative tonsillitis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with suppurative tonsillitis were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given antibiotic treatment,and the observation group was given Lanqin Liyan Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Results:The disappearance time of sore throat,redness and swelling of tonsil,disappearance time of purulent secretion of tonsil and the time of body temperature returning to normal in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the contents of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:Lanqin Liyan Jiedu Decoction can effectively promote the swelling and pain subside of patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis,promote the antipyretic,reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve the clinical efficacy.Its mechanism may be related to the scheme can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and inhibit the inflammatory reaction of patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis.
