陈士铎治疗血证之顺气归经法探析

摘　　要：血证总的病机是血不归经。陈士铎在《石室秘录·血治法》中提出顺气归经法,认为血证本于火,气随火逆,血随气妄行。一味地止血,反易冲突,应顺其性而归其经。气为血帅,血随气行,气逆、气虚、气郁皆可引起血不归经,故治血当先理气,气顺血自和。顺气归经法新颖独特,临床很少提及,现结合《辨证录·血症门》及《辨证录·妇人科》中相关条文对顺气归经法进行解析,以期对现代临床治疗血证提供借鉴。The general pathogenesis of hemorrhagic diseases is the extravasation of blood.Chen Shiduo put forward the method of inducing qi and blood to the meridian in the Stone Chamber Secret Records Blood Treatment.He believed that the hemorrhagic diseases were originated from fire,qi went wrong with fire,and blood went wrong with qi.If stop bleeding blindly,it′s easy to conflict,and thus we should follow its nature.Qi is the commander of blood,and blood goes with qi.Qi inverse,qi deficiency,qi depression can all lead to the extravasation of blood.Therefore,to treat blood should regulating qi first.The method of Shunqi Guijing is creative but rarely been mentioned in the clinical.With analyzing the cases in both Syndrome Differentiation Records Blood Diseases and Syndrome Differentiation Records Gynecological,this article hopes to provide references for the modern clinical treatment of hemorrhagic diseases.
