摘　　要：当前,我国对于知识产权的重视程度日益提高,知识产权对国家经济发展的助力愈发明显。对知识产权的管理和运用等市场化改革是创新体制改革的新挑战。通过体制改革建立完善的服务和人才体系,在建立健全知识产权保护体系的前提下,创立基于知识产权的金融体系是应对全新挑战的关键所在。Nowadays,China pays more and more attention to intellectual property,and the contribution of intellectual property to national economic development is becoming more and more obvious.The marketization reform of the management and application of intellectual property is a new challenge to the innovation system reform.A perfect service and talent system should be established through system reform.On the premise of establishing and improving the intellectual property protection system,the key to deal with the new challenges is to create a new intellectual property financial system.
