摘 要:以葡萄糖和白砂糖为碳源,采用湿法球磨和高温焙烧法制备凹凸棒-碳复合棕榈油脱色剂,通过脱色试验探讨碳源添加量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间3种因素对复合脱色剂脱色效果的影响。结果表明,以葡萄糖为碳源的脱色剂最佳制备条件为:添加量1%,焙烧温度400℃,焙烧时间2.5 h,对棕榈油的脱红率为73.9%;以白砂糖为碳源的最佳制备条件为:添加量3%,焙烧温度400℃,焙烧时间0.5 h,对棕榈油的脱红率为72.5%。扫描电镜分析、X射线衍射分析、傅里叶红外光谱分析、比表面积及孔道分析等结果表明,本试验采用的制备方法能使凹凸棒石黏土比表面积和总孔孔容增大、表面官能团增多,从而使凹凸棒石黏土的吸附点位和孔道容积增加,达到增强脱色能力的目的。Using glucose and white granulated sugar as carbon source, the attapulgite-carbon complex decolorizer for palm oil have been prepared by wet ball milling and high-temperature roasting, and the decolorization experiment was conducted to investigate the amount of carbon source added,roasting temperature and roasting time three factors on the decolorization effect. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions of the decolorizing agent using glucose as the carbon source were as follows: addition was 1%, calcination temperature was 400 ℃, calcination time was 2.5h, decolorization rate of palm oil was 73.9%;The optimum preparation conditions of the decolorizing agent using white granulated sugar as the carbon source were as follows: addition was 3%, calcination temperature was 400 ℃, calcination time was 0.5 h, decolorization rate of palm oil was 72.5%.According to SEM, XRD, FTIR and BET measurements, the preparation methods used in this study can increase the specific surface area and total pore volume of attapulgite and increase the surface functional groups, so that the adsorption point and pore volume of attapulgite were increased to enhance the decolorization ability.
