摘  要:在硫酸法生产钛白粉过程中,采用石灰中和硫酸废水时产生固体废石膏钛石膏。在900℃温度下,以钛石膏为反应物,以碳粉为还原剂,研究了煅烧时间对硫酸钙生成的影响。结果表明,碳粉与钛石膏不混合反应6 h或碳粉与钛石膏混合反应2 h后,样品的主要物相均为硫化钙。在硫化钙中加入稀硫酸,产生的气体用络合铁溶液回收,得到粒径为1-3μm硫磺颗粒沉淀。Red gypsum is a kind of solid waste gypsum produced by using lime to neutralize sulfuric acid wastewater, which is produced in the manufacture process of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid process. The effect of calcination time on the formation of calcium sulfate was studied with red gypsum as reactant and carbon powder as reducing agent at 900 ℃. It was found that the main phase of the sample was calcium sulfide after 6 h of unmixed reaction between carbon powder and red gypsum or 2 h of mixed reaction between carbon powder and red gypsum when the reaction time was 6 h. Dilute sulfuric acid is added to calcium sulfide, and the generated gas is recovered with complex iron solution to obtain a particle size of 1-3 μm sulfur particle precipitation.
