摘 要:以铁尾矿为主要原料烧制轻质高强度陶瓷颗粒,研究铁尾矿含量、发泡剂添加量和烧成温度对陶粒性能的影响。结果表明,采用100%铁尾矿为原料,0.1%碳化硅(SiC)为发泡剂,在1 150℃保温20 min,制得陶粒的堆积密度为0.99 t/m^(3),筒压强度为16.3 MPa,吸水率为4.25%。再以此陶粒作为骨料制备陶粒混凝土,抗压强度为80.5 MPa,抗折强度为12.6 MPa,体积密度为2.02 t/m^(3)。与石子混凝土相比,密度降低22.3%,抗折强度提高40%,抗压强度提高27%。In this paper, iron tailings were used as the main raw material to sinter light and high strength ceramisites. The effects of iron tailings content, foaming agent addition and firing temperature on the properties of ceramsite were studied. The results showed that, the ceramsites were prepared by using 100% iron tailings as raw material and 0.1% SiC as foaming agent at 1 150 ℃ for 20 min. Its bulk density is 0.99 t/m^(3), the compressive strength is 16.3 MPa, and the water absorption rate is 4.25%. Then, the ceramsite concrete was prepared with the ceramsite as aggregate,and its compressive strength was 80.5 MPa, flexural strength was 12.6 MPa and bulk density was 2.02 t/m^(3). Compared with stone concrete, the bulk density of the ceramsite concrete decreased by 22.3%, the flexural strength increased by 40%, and the compressive strength increased by 27%.
