基 金:基于阜新地区煤矸石资源属性制备分子筛材料关键技术研究(20-1121)。
摘 要:以煤矸石为原料,CTAB为模板剂,采用水热晶化法,制备煤矸石基方沸石分子筛。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和N2吸附对分子筛的结构、组成、形貌和比表面积进行表征。将分子筛用于吸附重金属Cr^(3+),考察分子筛投加量、pH值、Cr^(3+)溶液初始质量浓度、吸附时间对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,分子筛对重金属Cr^(3+)具有较高的吸附性能,在投加量为2 g/L、pH值为5、吸附时间为50 min时,对初始质量浓度为20 mg/L的Cr^(3+)去除率为99.88%。分子筛对重金属Cr^(3+)吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附方程和Lagergren准二级速率方程。Using coal gangue as raw material and CTAB as template, coal gangue based analcite molecular sieve was prepared by hydrothermal crystallization method. The structure, composition, morphology and specific surface area of molecular sieves were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and N;adsorption. The molecular sieve was used to adsorb heavy metal Cr^(3+)solution. The effects of molecular sieve dosage, pH value, initial solution concentration and adsorption time on the adsorption effect were investigated. The results show that molecular sieve has high adsorption performance for heavy metal Cr^(3+), and the removal rate of Cr^(3+)with the initial concentration of 20 mg/L can reach 99.88% when the dosage is 2 g/L, pH value is 5 and adsorption time is 50 min. The adsorption process conforms to Langmuir isothermal adsorption equation and Lagergren quasi second-order rate equation.
