摘 要:以炉渣和低钙粉煤灰为主要原料,通过碱激发的方式制备地质聚合物胶凝材料。采用正交试验,研究了炉渣掺量、碱激发剂掺量、水玻璃模数、水固比等因素对炉渣-粉煤灰基地质聚合物抗压强度的影响,并使用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)仪进行表征。结果表明,碱激发剂掺量与28 d地质聚合物力学性能有较显著的正相关性;当炉渣掺量为30%,碱激发剂掺量为40%,水玻璃模数为1.4,水固质量比为0.29时,炉渣-粉煤灰基地质聚合物28 d抗压强度最高,为35.4 MPa。SEM、XRD及FTIR分析表明,随着养护龄期增加,炉渣-粉煤灰基地质聚合物中生成了更多硅铝酸盐凝胶物质,炉渣中原有物相氧化钙在反应过程中消失,炉渣参与了反应。A geopolymer cementitious material was prepared by alkali activation with bottom ash and low calcium fly ash as the main materials.The influence of different factors such as bottom ash content, alkali activator content, sodium silicate modulus and water solid ratio on the compressive strength of bottom ash and fly ash based geopolymer were studied by orthogonal test, and characterized by SEM, XRD and FTIR. The results show that the content of alkali activator has a significant positive effect on the mechanical properties of geopolymer, and the 28 d compressive strength of geopolymer can reach 35.4 MPa when the bottom ash content is 30%, the alkali activator content is 40%, the water glass modulus is 1.4, and the water solid ratio is 0.29. The analysis results of SEM, XRD and FTIR show that the formation of aluminosilicate gel materials increase with the curing age,the original phase calcium oxide in the bottom ash disappears in the reaction process and the bottom ash takes part in the reaction.
