市政工程中提高工程概算编制准确度的方法

摘　　要：社会的快速发展,推动市政工程建设规模扩大,在市政工程实践中,建设资金的投入占有重要的地位。然而,在市政工程建设过程中,存在很多不确定的因素,会给施工管理带来风险,导致工程的造价超出预支。如何避免这种风险的发生,需要对工程的概预算进行质量控制,以科学合理地控制投资的风险,确保工程概预算的准确性和概预算编制的质量。本文结合工程实例探讨了提高工程概算编制准确度的方法以及应用效果,以期为市政工程提质增效提供参考。The rapid development of society,promoting the scale of municipal engineering construction,in the municipal engineering practice,the investment in construction funds plays an important role.However,in the process of municipal engineering construction,there are many uncertain factors,which will bring risks to construction management,leading to the cost of the project being exceeding the premium.How to avoid this risk,you need to quality control over the budget of the project,to scientifically control the risk of investment,and ensure the accuracy of the project budget and the quality of the budget.Combined with the engineering examples,this paper explores the method of improving the accuracy of the project budget preparation and the application effect,in order to provide reference for municipal engineering improvement.
