摘 要:骨折的愈合模式有一期愈合和二期愈合两种,骨折端的力学环境决定了实际会发生哪种愈合模式。二期愈合又称间接愈合或骨痂愈合,经过长期的实验研究和临床实践,较之人力所致的一期愈合,自然界中固有的二期愈合在骨干骨折中显示出更多优势。欲促成并加速骨痂愈合,确定其复杂的力学环境指标及各自理想范围势在必行,本文即对该领域的研究进展加以综述。There are two types of fracture healing, primary healing and secondary healing. The mechanical environment of the fracture site determines which healing pattern actually occurs. The secondary healing is also called indirect healing or callus healing. After plentiful experimental researches and clinical practice, the secondary healing, which is inherent in nature, shows more advantages than human-induced primary healing. Nowadays, scholars are willing to promote the callus healing, and elastic fixation is the main accomplishing means. It is necessary to determine the complex mechanical index and its ideal range to complete and accelerate this particular pattern. This paper reviewed the progress in this field.
