摘　　要：全髋关节置换术(THA)是治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)髋关节终末期受累的最佳术式。考虑到AS患者的特殊性,医师应更注意手术指征的判断、手术时机选择、围手术期管理、麻醉方式选择、特殊并发症的预防与治疗及术后康复等一系列问题。上述复杂工作要求一个高效的多学科团队完成,包括关节外科、脊柱外科、风湿免疫内科、麻醉科、康复科及临床心理科等多学科的医师协作。本文通过查阅相关文献,综述AS与THA的研究进展。Total hip arthroplasty(THA) is the best surgical option for ankylosing spondylitis(AS) with end-stage hip involvement. Given that AS patients are young and the disease is special, surgeons are supposed to pay more attention to a series of issues, such as surgical indications, surgical timing, perioperative management, anesthesia methods, the prevention and treatment of special complications as well as postoperative rehabilitation. Completing the above-mentioned complex tasks requires an efficient multidisciplinary team to collaborate, including Departments of Orthopedics, Spinal Surgery, Rheumatology and Immunology, Anesthesiology,Rehabilitation and Clinical Psychology. In this article the progress of treatment of AS with THA was reviewed by referring to relevant literatures.
